During this year, we will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Fund our eldest children through their&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/alalay.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2024-newsletter-spring.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vocational training<\/a>&nbsp;courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay the salary of a&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/alalay.co.uk\/?p=1789\">house mother<\/a>, so she can continue her vital work bringing up and educating our children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fund the production of fresh Christmas&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/alalay.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/2024-newsletter-spring.pdf\">panettone<\/a>&nbsp;(to sell and generate further income) which has been a great success in recent years<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can always read more in detail about our planned\/completed projects in our newsletters <a href=\"http:\/\/alalay.co.uk\/?page_id=1036\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus continue to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Raise awareness of the plight of the street children in the UK and elsewhere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work together with Alalay staff in Bolivia to identify future needs and establish more production projects, with the eventual aim of making Alalay largely financially self-sufficient<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When I am in the UK I speak regularly at primary and secondary schools, churches and other groups of all ages about the plight of the street kids.
