As well as the rugby (Thornbury FC won!) there was a delicious hog roast, drinks, cakes, a raffle (which included hotel breaks, gym passes and a fantastic Alalay\/Thornbury FC cake!) and much fun to be had.<\/p>\n<p>A big thanks to ex-Alalay volunteer George Maggs and the rest of\u00c2 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pitchero.com\/clubs\/thornburyrfc\/\" target=\"_blank\">Thornbury Rugby Club<\/a>\u00c2 for their hard work organising the event. \u00c2 Read more about the event\u00c2 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pitchero.com\/clubs\/thornburyrfc\/news\/thornbury-captains-day-910571.html\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A great turn out and amount of money raised.
