Isidro and his family live in a small house next to Alalay&#8217;s aldea and he and his wife look after the quails, chickens, cows and any other animals (!), as well as helping with the vegetables and general maintenance on site.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-2230\" src=\"http:\/\/alalay.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/isidro-and-cow.jpg\" alt=\"isidro and cow\" width=\"322\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"http:\/\/alalay.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/isidro-and-cow.jpg 765w, http:\/\/alalay.co.uk\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/isidro-and-cow-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 322px) 100vw, 322px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We are financially supporting Isidro this year &#8211; ensuring that the children continue to get fresh milk (rather than the watered down version often for sale in the market!), home-grown vegetables and fresh eggs. As always, any extra produce is sold in the local markets to generate an additional income for Alalay.
