The &#8220;Illimani\u00c2 de Oro&#8221;\u00c2 is\u00c2 the highest recognition of the Bolivian Parliament and was given to the ALALAY Foundation to honour it as a\u00c2 &#8220;meritorious institution of\u00c2 \u00c2 the plurinational state of Bolivia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for the support and contribution that Friends of Alalay has\u00c2 made together with ALALAY during all these years. We want to share this\u00c2  recognition with all of you who have been, and are part, of this beautiful\u00c2  work. This recognition fills us with joy as an institution, but above all renews our commitment to work on behalf of the children,\u00c2 girls and families who either live or work on the streets, or at a\u00c2 high risk in Bolivia&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>My thanks to every single one of you who have supported Friends of Alalay at any point over the last ten years..
